100% Canadian Rye

Horse Whisperer
- 1.2 oz Alberta Premium Dark Horse
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Ginger beer (or ale)
- Orange slice for garnish
In a low-ball or rocks glass, pour Alberta Premium Dark Horse, pack with ice, top with ginger beer. Garnish with orange slice.
Majestic Prince
- 1.5 oz Alberta Premium Dark Horse
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1.5 oz pineapple juice
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
In a Martini shaker, add Alberta Premium Dark Horse, lemon juice and pineapple juice. Shake vigorously and strain finely into a martini or champagne coupe glass. Add three dashes of Angostura bitters on top.
