Man found with life-threatening injuries, Hamilton Police investigating

Hamilton Police are trying to identify a man who was found badly injured in the city’s east end Sunday night.

Officers responded to an ambulance assist call in the area of Barton St. E, between Strathearne Ave. and Paling Ave., around 11 p.m.

Police say a man was found with what appeared to be a stab wound.

He was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Police say they are still trying to identify the victim.

He’s said to be in his early 20s with a thin build. He has dark, ear-length hair and tattoos on his left hand.
