Poverty, homelessness, and domestic violence – several advocacy groups in Hamilton say the pandemic has exacerbated problems for the most vulnerable in our community. That’s why these organizations have collaborated on 150 recommendations for the city to consider for its covid recovery plan. Kelly Botelho reports.
