Island of Lemurs: Madagascar is the latest documentary adventure from Warner Bros. Pictures. Master narrator Morgan Freeman tells the story of the lemurs dating back to their arrival on Madagascar millions of years ago as castaways. The film also highlights the work of Patricia C Wright, a conservationist trying to save the diverse species from extinction.

Freeman has a long history of narrative work, and adds to his portfolio with Island of Lemurs. According to IMDB, the actor has narrated 26 films and television series since 1991. He can next be seen alongside Johnny Depp in Transcendence, due out April 18.

Island of Lemurs: Madagascar is being presented in IMAX 3D and is rated G.
