The Sobi Bike share program is seeing an increase in riders since the pandemic. It was in jeopardy after Uber backed out of its contract to run the service in May. The city refused to run the program and was preparing to mothball the operation when a group in Hamilton bike-share stepped up. Manesa Dhanabalan reports.
