Halton Police investigating the discovery of a man’s body as a homicide

Halton Regional Police say a man’s body has been found in the area of Guelph Line and No. 10 Sideroad in Milton.

A post mortem will be conducted but police believe the death to be a result of a homicide.

Officers were called to the area around 6 a.m. Tuesday morning. They say there is no threat to public safety at the time.

Police are asking people to avoid the area as there will be a heavy police presence.

Anyone with dashcam or home surveillance video of the area of Guelph Line north of the 401 to No. 10 sideroad in Milton, between the hours of 8 p.m. Monday and 6 a.m Tuesday are asked to contact police at 905-825-4776.
