Tim Bolen knows nothing about fishing, but is told there is something about being out in the middle of the lake early in the morning waiting for that line to get a bite and the excitement when it happens. So, with this being Free Fishing Week, where you don’t need a license to fish, he hired the Fishin’ Clinician to get the 411 on fishing on Lake Ontario.
