Dealing with the eldercare crisis

Cover of Carol-Ann Hamilton's book

The hallmark of the baby boomer generation is breaking new ground. From music, to politics and everything in between the boomers have done things differently, and that extends to their family ties and obligations.

Boomers now have another title – the sandwich generation – because they’re caring for the constant demands of their offspring, while struggling to cope with the needs of their aging parents. The stressors are formidable and being sandwiched by competing and often conflicting demands of their children and mom and dad can be too much for even the most competent multi-tasking boomer.

Mark and Liz discuss this with consultant and life coach Carol-Ann Hamilton.
