Wynne defends job creation plan

Premier Kathleen Wynne was forced to defend her decision to announce a job creation plan three days before this week’s byelections.

Wynne announced her government’s youth employment program Monday morning in Toronto’s east end, near a riding that’s up for grabs.

In response to a claim the announcement was “nothing more than a cynical attempt to buy Thursday’s elections” Wynne said that it is simply not true.
