Woman killed in ATV crash in West Lincoln

A 20-year-old woman has died after an ATV crash in West Lincoln.

Emergency crews were called to the area of Regional Road 65 and Silver St. around 8 p.m. on Monday following an ATV crash.

Police say the woman operating the vehicle lost control and struck a tree. She suffered a head injury and was taken to an out-of-region hospital where she later died.

The crash is under investigation.
