Woman dies after being struck by vehicle in downtown Hamilton
A woman has died tragically in downtown Hamilton on Friday. Police say she died in the hospital after being struck by a vehicle along King Street West.
Hamilton police say a crash happened at around 11:20 a.m. at 100 King St. West, at the Indigo underground parking garage.
They say a 2013 Kia Sorento hit a woman as the driver was entering the garage.
Officers say the woman was brought to hospital but died from her injuries.
Detectives have not released information on the woman as they reach out to her family.
