Woman accuses foster son in violent rampage

A 59 year old Niagara Falls foster mother is recovering from a vicious attack – allegedly at the hands of her 16 year old foster son.

The teen had only lived at her home for two weeks. Lauran Sabourin reports the woman told neighbours she was frightened in the days before the attack, because the boy was talking about killing her family.
