Witnesses say before Alan Rutherford died he told them who set fire to his home

The court heard today that in his final hours, Alan Rutherford told several people he knew who set his house on fire.

The Dundas man and his wife were killed as a result of the blaze and their son Richard Taylor is standing trial for their murder.
