Welland rollover
Two children are in hospital after a serious crash in Welland Wednesday morning.
A three year old girl was airlifted to McMaster Children’s hospital with critical injuries, and a five year old boy was sent to hospital in Welland but he’s expected to be ok.
Police say a 24 year old woman from Port Colborne lost control of her car on Moyer Road near Schisler just before 8:30 Wednesday morning.
The car went off the road and rolled over and the mother and her daughter were trapped inside.
The woman was taken by ambulance to Welland General Hospital and from there was airlifted to Hamilton General with critical injuries.
Police say they’re still investigating what caused the woman to crash.
