Welland girl’s message in a bottle washes ashore

12 years ago a little girl from Welland wrote a message in a bottle and let it go in the Atlantic. Now, more than a decade later, the bottle has been found on the coast of Maine. Sean Cowan caught up with the writer, and the woman who found the bottle.
