Waterdown crash updates released

Hamilton Police have updated the public on their investigation of a collision that shut down a main road in Waterdown last night.

The crash happened at Mill Street and Dundas shortly after 10p.m.

A young man and woman were taken to hospital and the female passenger was found without vital signs.

Hamilton Police said the woman’s medical condition was not related to the crash itself but wouldn’t say if the woman survived.

They add that the crash was a small fender bender but investigators are looking at all factors including distracted driving or impairment.
