VIDEO: A repatriation ceremony will take place at 2:30 p.m. at Canadian Forces Base Trenton for Gunner Sebastian Halmagean, a Canadian Armed Forces member who died while deployed to Latvia. Halmagean was originally from Hamilton and had served in the military for almost three years. Officials say he was part of the Canadian-led NATO Multinational Brigade Latvia and he passed away last week of undisclosed causes.
