VIDEO: Ontario Premier Doug Ford addresses the province’s Homelessness Prevention Program at 10 a.m. at Queen’s Park.

Premier Ford will be joined by a number of Ontario mayors, Associate Minister of Mental Health and Addiction — Michael Tibollo, Deputy Premier and Minister of Health — Sylvia Jones, and Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing — Paul Calandra.

“We want to help people, we don’t want to punish people,” Premier Ford said on the subject of homelessness and drug addiction.
