Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will provide his regular COVID-19 update on Friday.

Trudeau will speak about the COVID-19 situation and answer questions from the media.

He will be joined by Minister of Public Services and Procurement Anita Anand and Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Bill Blair.

The update is scheduled to begin at 11:45 a.m.

Meanwhile, Trudeau and his wife, Sophie Gregoire-Trudeau, will receive their first doses of the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine Friday afternoon.
