WATCH LIVE: Prime Minister Trudeau gives COVID-19 update at 11:30 a.m.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will provide an update on COVID-19 in Canada on Tuesday.
Trudeau is scheduled to address Canadians at 11:30 a.m.
He will be joined by Minister of Public Services and Procurement Anita Anand, Chief Public Health Officer of Canada Dr. Theresa Tam, and Deputy Chief Public Health Officer of Canada Dr. Howard Njoo.
It comes as parts of the country have moved to loosen restrictions, as regional COVID-19 situations continue to trend downward and show signs of improvement.
