Ontario Premier Doug Ford will provide an update on the COVID-19 vaccination plan Monday afternoon.

Ford will be speaking from Cobourg, Ont. His remarks are scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.

This comes as the province’s COVID-19 vaccine booking portal opened for Ontario residents aged 80 and older.
