Premier Doug Ford will be making an announcement Wednesday morning.

Ford will be joined by several people, including Vic Fedeli, Minister of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade, François-Philippe Champagne, Federal Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry, Patty Hajdu, Federal Minister of Health, and John Tory, Mayor of Toronto.

This will begin at 10 a.m.
