Ontario health officials will be providing an update on COVID-19 in the province.

Dr. David Williams, Chief Medical Officer of Health, and Dr. Barbara Yaffe, Associate Chief Medical Officer of Health will be speaking Thursday afternoon. 

This comes as Ontario announced it is moving Sudbury into lockdown starting Friday, after a major spike in cases.

The update is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m.
