The federal government will be providing an update on COVID-19 on Tuesday.
Officials with the National Advisory Committee on Immunization (NACI) are expected to provide guidance on the interchangeability of COVID-19 vaccines.
This comes after several provinces, including Ontario, temporarily stopped giving shots of the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine due to blood clot concerns.
It has since restarted use of AstraZeneca doses for people who have already had their first shot.
