Wanted Hamilton teen arrested after traffic stop

Hamilton police have arrested a male in relation to a stabbing and robbery that took place in April, in Ancaster.

On July 4th, police were in the area of Barton st East when they observed a wanted teen get into a vehicle. Police stopped the vehicle and arrested the teen.

A 22-calibre handgun with a loaded magazine were  found in the vehicle.  The driver and other passenger were also arrested.

A 17 year old male from Hamilton has been charged with multiple firearm related offences, fail to comply recognizance x2, robbery x3, robbery with firearm and aggravated assault.

Parker Ridgewell, 18 and Terrell Cooper, 18 were both charged with multiple firearm related offences.
