Vinyl record plant destroyed by fire in California

Local record stores are unsure what tune they’ll be singing in the near future after a vital cog in the process to make vinyl records went up in flames earlier this month.

A company in Japan is the only other source for these lacquer discs and people in the music industry don’t have faith that they could handle filling in for Apollo Masters until they rebuild.
