Vigil in Ottawa to mark 5th anniversary of Quebec City mosque shooting cancelled due to threats of violence

Organizers have cancelled a planned in-person vigil in Ottawa to mark the fifth anniversary of the Quebec City mosque shooting. As Amanda Pope reports, the group now says it will be holding a virtual memorial because of the truckers’ rally in the capitol and threats of violence.
