The pair accused of plotting to bomb a VIA Rail train are to appear in court in person today for a judicial pre-trial.

30-year old Chiheb Esseghaier of Montreal and 35-year old Raed Jaser are to appear at the Old City Hall Courthouse in Toronto.

The two are charged with plotting an attack on a passenger train that runs between Toronto and New York City.
