Vandals targeting small businesses in Hamilton during the lockdown

Small businesses along Barton street have been forced to change the way they operate during the province-wide shutdown. Some have had to close their doors and wait for the restrictions to be lifted to make matters worse, many of them were targeted by vandals over the holiday season. Adam Atkinson reports.
