U.S., Ukraine and Russia conclude peace talks with prisoner swap

Trilateral talks between American, Ukrainian, and Russian negotiators wrapped up today, with Moscow and Kyiv exchanging hundreds of prisoners of war. White House peace envoy Steve Witkoff said the outcome was achieved through talks he described as “detailed and productive.” The U.S. and Russia also left the meeting having agreed to reestablish high-level military-to-military dialogue.
