U.S. man struggles to cross the border to say goodbye to his dying father

A Michigan man has been trying to get permission to cross the border to see his dying father in Hamilton but was caught up by COVID-19 red tape.

He managed to get into Canada without having to quarantine for two weeks and will get the chance to visit his dad.
