Two youths charged in stabbing in Hamilton’s east Mountain
Hamilton police responded to a disturbance on Limeridge Road East near Upper Ottawa Street Wednesday night.
Officers said two youths had been involved in a fight outside a home. During the incident, both individuals sustained minor injuries consistent with a confrontation involving edged weapons. They were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Both people were arrested at the scene and have been charged.
Police offered little information, but said an adult who attempted to intervene also sustained a minor injury and did not require significant medical treatment.
