Two teens are being praised for their heroic efforts in rescuing two people stranded in Lake Ontario

A Toronto area couple are lucky to be alive after jumping from their “floatie” and trying to make it to shore in Burlington on Sunday.
But the man couldn’t swim and had to be rescued by two teens paddle boarding nearby.
