Two Quebec teens have been arrested after two seniors were kidnapped at gunpoint.

Police say they are looking for a possible third suspect after the two seniors were kidnapped at gunpoint and driven more than an hour from their home in Quebec.

A 70-year-old woman and a 65-year-old man were taken Friday from their home near Maniwaki, which is 135 kilometres north of Ottawa, and taken to a barn about 150 kilometres to the southwest.

Quebec Provincial Police say the suspects fled and the couple managed to escape early Saturday morning, and were able to flag down a passing vehicle.

A 16-year-old boy was arrested shortly afterward in Pembroke, Ontario, and a 17-year-old boy later surrendered to police in Quebec. Police are investigating whether a real or fake gun was used in the alleged kidnapping.
