Truckers plan to boycott NYC after Trump’s $355M fraud ruling
Donald Trump is gaining massive support from a new trucker convoy.
Following a New York judge’s ruling on a civil fraud case against the former U.S. president, numerous truck drivers took to social media threatening New York City and its citizens that distribution of goods will stop.
Trump was ordered to pay approximately $355-million in penalties for lying on his financial statements tied to business dealings in the Big Apple.
“Boycott NYC” was trending heavily on social media and while it’s unclear how large this boycott will be – by no surprise – Trump intends to appeal the judge’s decisions from last Friday.
