Truck strikes building, closes road in Brantford after vehicle collision

Erie Avenue in Brantford is partially closed after a vehicle struck a commercial building following a morning collision.

The incident occurred around 10:30 a.m. in the area of Erie Avenue and Market Street.

Brantford police say that one person has been transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Erie Avenue between Icomm Drive and Market Street is currently closed for investigation and the authorities are asking motorists to avoid the area and take alternate routes.
