Travel advisory issued as Mexican cartel retaliation eases

Over the last two days, parts of Mexico were transformed into war zones, as cartel members sought retribution for the death of the drug kingpin known as El Mencho, leader of the ultraviolent Jalisco New Generation Cartel. Things are starting to return to normal, but travel advisories remain in effect for Canadians planning to visit.
