One of two accordion players who has been spotted playing “Despacito” on Toronto subway trains has been caught by transit police.

The TTC says enforcement officers caught the musician in mid-performance on Monday and he is scheduled to appear before a justice of the peace.

Officers could have just handed him the automatic $235 fine.

Busking is not allowed on Toronto subways.

According to the TTC, players must apply and be approved before they can perform in designated areas.
