Toronto Police have made an arrest in what they’re calling a “hate-motivated” crime.

Police say a man confronted two men as they walked with their family at the Jack Layton Ferry Terminal on Monday.

Video was captured of the man yelling at the two men.

He can be heard asking them where they’re from.

Police say he assaulted and threatened one man and assaulted the other.

Lombray Ball, 50, was arrested on Thursday.

The Toronto man is charged with two counts of assault and one count of threatening death.

He is scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
