Blue Jays start new season Friday at home in Toronto

Over the past two years, the Toronto Blue Jays have called Dunedin Florida, and Buffalo New York home for their season openers. For the first time since the pandemic started, the Jays will be welcoming in a new season in front of a home crowd.

2015 was the last time the Blue Jays made a serious run in the playoffs.

Teams playing the Jays can only sport players who are fully vaccinated meaning those who aren’t cant play. At the end of last season, about 12 of the players and coaches were not considered fully vaccinated.
