Third arrest made in Woodview Rd. shooting in Burlington: Halton Police

Halton Police have arrested a third person in connection with a shooting in Burlington last month.

Police say this is expected to be the final arrest.

Officers received a call about a shooting on Woodview Rd., near New St. and Walkers Line, around 9 a.m. on June 17.

A 23-year-old man was taken to hospital with a gunshot wound.

Police announced two arrests on July 11, calling the incident a “targeted robbery” at the victim’s home.

Pablo Videla, 21, from Toronto, is facing several charges including robbery with a firearm, careless use of a firearm and aggravated assault.

Jenna Nandlal, 18, from Mississauga, has been charged with robbery, conspiracy to commit an indictable offence and obstruct police.

At the time of those arrests, police announced they were looking for another man in connection with the shooting.

Police arrested Jordan Careen-Sellars, 20, from Toronto on July 19.

He’s charged with robbery with a firearm, disguise with intent, unauthorized possession of a firearm and several other charges.
