“They got the wrong house” Lawsuit settled over police raid of a Hamilton home

A Hamilton family targeted in a police raid eight years-ago have maintained they “got the wrong house” and now allege a corrupt cop was to blame.

The Markland family’s lawyer claims the false information was provided by former Hamilton police officer Craig Ruthowsky.
