Texas police warn residents after another explosion injures two people

Video: Two people were injured Sunday night, when an explosion rocked a suburban neighbourhood in southwest Austin, TX. Police say it’s possible the device was activated by a trip wire. Three package bombs blew up earlier this month – killing two people and injuring two others.
