Two Brantford men and a man from Ancaster are among 10 people arrested and charged in a major drugs and weapons bust by OPP.
In a news release, Ontario Provincial Police say they received information indicating “significant” firearms and drug trafficking activity in Southwestern Ontario.
Their investigation identified four unrelated criminal networks involved in the trafficking of cocaine, firearms, explosives and cannabis.
On Mar. 9, officers executed 11 search warrants in several places, including Brantford, Ancaster, Paris, London and Barrie.

Police released video of one of the grenades being detonated.
Ten people face 268 charges between them. Three of them have been held in custody, while the others were released with conditions.
Investigators say some of the people charged include alleged members of the Outlaws Motorcycle Club in the London area, cocaine traffickers in Brantford and weapons traffickers also in Brantford.
Among the charged is Jayme Hill, 31, of Brantford, who is facing 23 charges; Sean Sutherland, 32, of Ancaster, who is facing 126 charges; and Brandon Spaulding, 31, of Brantford, who is facing 50 charges.
