Suspect sought in New Year’s Eve robbery

Halton Police have some pretty clear pictures of a robbery at a variety store in downtown Burlington.

Police say around 8:30 on New Year’s Eve, a man walked into the store with a large knife and demanded cash from the register. He took the money and ran; no one was hurt.

The suspect is about 5’10”, with a slim build and brown hair.
