Suspect in skivvies escapes police

Hamilton police are looking for a suspected drug dealer who slipped from their grasp Wednesday morning.

As Lisa Hepfner reports, officers arrested Phillip Albert and bound his hands with plastic cuffs. But he managed to get away, wearing nothing but his boxer shorts.
