In the U.S., UnitedHealthcare CEO shooting suspect Luigi Mangione is expected to be arraigned on state charges in New York tomorrow.

Mangione is accused of gunning down Brian Thompson in Manhattan, outside a hotel, on December 4th. He also faces several federal charges.
