Halton police say they have identified a man responsible for a Dec. 20 shooting in Oakville. 

Police say 23-year-old Terrell Gooden of Oshawa is wanted for attempt to commit murder, discharging a firearm with intent, possession of a firearm, failed to comply with release order and careless use of a firearm. 

Gooden is described as black, around 6’3” tall, 180 pounds with a slim build, brown eyes and brown hair. He is associated with a grey 2008 BMW 323i (four door) with an Ontario license plate CSNL946.

Police say he is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached. 

Police are asking anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Gooden to contact them at 905-825-4777 ext. 8799.
