Sudden death not suspicious

Police now believe the death on Golden Orchard Drive near Garth Street in Hamilton was not a homicide.

The 64-year old man died over the weekend but the cause of death is not known at this time. Police arrived on scene Monday because the death was considered suspicious. But now they’re satisfied with the evidence found and are wrapping up the investigation.
