Experts say at least an implosion at those incredible depths would be instant likely no time for the five people on board to suffer.
The submersible, Titan, operated by U.S. based OceanGate Expeditions, lost contact with surface vessels Sunday morning, as it was nearing the Titanic shipwreck, during a 3,800 metre dive.
The U.S. Coast Guard says it’s unclear still what went wrong, and how, when, and why this tragedy happened.
